We've optimized Teams management to better meet your needs:What is a Team? It's your shared workspace on Thinkeo. Your Apps, blocks, and attributes are pooled there, typically for a company or specific entity.

Creating Teams
Create a new Team when connecting or from the Thinkeo selector when you need one.

Flexible Usage
Easily switch between Teams using the selector next to the Thinkeo logo. Practical if you work with multiple organizations!

Inviting Members
Administrators can invite new members, who will have an Architect role by default.

Preparing for Future Roles
Create Groups now to be ready when the User role arrives. You'll then be able to manage App access more precisely.

We've revised view management to make organizing your blocks easier:What is a view? It's your personalized selection of blocks, to quickly find your important content.

Introducing the File block, our small beta novelty. It offers a different approach to using your documents with AI:📑 Complete Transcription
Unlike the RAG block, the File block allows using one or more complete documents as context for AI.
Use a file attribute (like for RAG)
Add "static" documents directly via block parameters
Do both simultaneously for more versatility

pdf, docx, ppt, xlsx, csv (same as for RAG)

Size and Context Limits
Maximum 50 MB per file. But attention, the real limit comes from the maximum context accepted by AI models. We recommend using rather short documents for optimal efficiency.

AI Block Integration
It integrates into AI blocks exactly like the RAG block
The File block is optimal for in-depth analysis of short to medium documents. For long documents or extracting specific info from multiple sources, the Search block remains your best ally.
